i have 94 dr ls and the power windows will not work, i dont k now what the **** is up, when i bought it wrecked the windows were down so i had to rip off the door panels and hook a battery charger up into the wire harness to roll the windows up...

but now that im about to be driving it again i need that to be fixed, what could be wrong? the power locks and mirrors work, i even have a factory alarm that locks the doors but none of the windows work from any of the controls

since you know the motor actually works when hooked up to 12 volts.
it must be the switch or the fuse.

did you check the fuses yet?

if the fuses are good, check to see if its getting power to the switch.

if its getting power, check the switch.

its got to be a break in the loop if you applied power to the motor and it worked.
