Default 3pt Strut vs. Classic 2pt

I've really been looking into a Carbing 3pt front strut bar, or similar products like the one offered at http://www.passwordjdm.com. Does the 3pt strut offer more strength then a 2pt bar like Mugen, Spoon or whatever company.

Also, I can't seem to find a Carbing 3pt front strut bar. Does anyone know of a reliable shop, site, or dealer?

Thanks
-David

do a search. carbing is a very nice bar, and im sure a lot of people have good stuff to say about it. although its a tad on the pricey side.

I've searched for 2 days, I don't know where to find it bro. I know it's a nice bar, price isn't an issue. So, if anyone knows where to get one please let me know.

Rigid also makes a 3-pt. bar that is pretty comparable to the Carbing. From what I've read, having that third mounting point isn't that great of an advantage for what you pay. Also, there are issues with these bars clearing the MC- modification or removal is usually necessary. BTW, aj-racing.com carries the Rigid Bar.

Good information, thank you. Excuse my ignorance, whats the 'MC'?

carbing is made by both aluminum and steel (white one) and rigid is made by steel.
and IMO carbing is pricey. rigid is more affortable

I went with the 3pt front and 2pt rear from passwordJDM, great price! 393 shipped!...I'll let you guys know when it comes it. Leo said that they modded it so there were no problems with the master cylinder.
