ok here is my situation, I have a 91 rs now, im gona upgrade to a 92 GS because I want a sun roof...But then I found a good deal on an LS. Now the only difference I know between the GS and LS is lack of anti-lock brakes on the LS...I think. But is there any look differnce between them at all? Slightly different body lines or somthing? or are all the 2 geez tegraz identical with just different options?

 

ehh, i think the 92-93 have a different front clip, and theres different wheels depending what model u get. but its pretty much just the options. eh i dunno why u want a sunroof....i've just have bad luck w/ them, my first car was a 91 mazda 626, and the sunroof worked sorta, but one day it just got stuck, and would retract, and i had a trash bag and duct tape to cover it up so rain doesnt get in, it sucked.....my car now, a 90 integra GS, has a moonroof but the glass is cracked, so i dont even bother opening it. all i care is, it doesnt leak...i think its about 300 bucks for a replacement glass, plus its a lot of added weight. o well, enuf i my jibberish.

 

note on sunroof. there is a wrench that comes with the little tool kit. the wrench is inserted in a hole towards the back of the roof(on the inside). you'll see the plug for the hole. just turn the wrench and it closes the sunroof manually.

differences between an LS and GS: alloy wheels, possibly a spoiler, optional leather, power windows/locks, abs and a few other small things.

the 90-91 are different from 92-93 in terms of different front and rear bumpers. seat material designs and thats about it. there are drivetrain differences. you can search for those. basically, 10hp difference.

is this roof tool, for an integra, cuz that problem was w/ my mazda, and the mazda dealership said, i needed to have it inspected, 75 dollar fee, and i tried pulling it, i did many things, i think something was jammed in the rails, but anyways that car is long gone. thanks for the tip tho.

 

Hex key/wrench works fine also. If I had a choice I would get on sunroof and no power windows. The glass is expensive to replace and so does the switches on them.

 

The steering wheels and tailights are different from 90-91 to 92-93 as well.

I can sell you a complete sunroof for 50 bucks if you pick it up. It came off of my 92 Race car when i was building it. Its clean.

 

The GS's had Body colored Mirrors and Door handels if im not mistake and the LS's didn't?

The GS-R in 92-93 has body colored mouldings aswell

 

all models except RS has painted mirrors/door handles

Gsr has painted mouldings...as well as Ls-special...
but gsr has a vtec modeling and ls-s just has a dohc one

 

i forgot about the taillights and steering wheels.

all non-vtec models had dohc mouldings.
the GSR also had a spoiler with led and a different rear window(no 3rd brake light).
the LS didn't have painted mirrors but did have painted door handles.
RS also had no sunroof.

 

my ls has painted mirrors 1993...
everything besides gsr has has DOHC moldings!
