2nd gen GSR
Can someone please tell me if acura ever made a black 2nd gen gsr? im just wondering because i put a b16 in my car and i would like to put the vtec side molding on my fenders in place of my DOHC. Thanks alot.

Honda sent white, red and aztec green to the US, and sent white, red and black to canada. So yes, there is such a thing as a black G2 GSR, but they are VERY rare.
Not sure if you know this already, but the GSR's came w/ color matched moldings. So the moldings off of a black gsr will not match the stock unpainted moldings from rs/ls/gs model integras.

my car is black so and i know they are painted i just wanted them for my car thanks though. do you know if any acura dealers could order them in black by any chance?

IMO it'll look funny with painted front moldings and the rest of the car's moldings not painted.
My guesss would be that the moldings come unpainted from the dealer. So you could just order a set of vtec side moldings from your local dealer (or http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org) and then they will already match your existing moldings perfectly. Also, they're not that expensive. I've seen people pay almost that much for used ones.
