Default 2000 Integra model and engine help

I'm trying to sell my son's Integra for him and listed it as an LS because that was somewhere in my brain. I've had some questions about vtec engine and now I realize the LS may be my civic. How can I find out the model and whether it is a vtec engine? I have the vin. I have the stamp on the block (B18B1). It has power doors and windows. It is a 5spd. It has a sun roof and leather seats. Any help would be very appreciated. I have found a few vin decoders but they fall short on the model. Thanks much!

Its a Type R!!!!!!!!!!!

sike!!!!

thats a ls or gs unless you have a vtec head on it which i doubt but that would make it a hybrid lsv-tec which some people do, you can easilly no this if the valve cover has a dohc v-tec stamp on the valve cover or if its shaved you can look at the stamp on the front of the head. but if you search those vin numbers or stamps you can find out what you got its not hard! google that **** lol

Yes, the vin starts with a JH4DC4. So GS or LS. I've searched the vin and haven't come up with which one. Probably doesn't matter since it isn't a vtec engine. Thanks!

Look at the engine???? If it says VTEC across the spark plug wires on the engine cover, then you should have a Vtec or non-Vtec motor?

Actually it would say vtec on the valve cover not across the wires. =P

If its never been modified then your b18b1 is nonvtec for sure. Id lead towards gs since im not sure the ls had leather as an option but seats can easily be swapped too.

Sounds like a GS. The B18B1 came in the LS and GS, but the GS is the only one that came with leather (though the seats could've been swapped at some point in the car's life).
