1996 Acura Integra Auto Question
I have a 1996 Integra LS with an automatic transmission. Now I'm aware that in most cars with automatic transmissions if are you going down the road in o/d or any gear for that matter and you press down on the accelerator the car should downshift for that extra power right? When I do that my car wont downshift or anything it will try to go from o/d and theres no power there whatsoever. Is this normal for these cars or is there something I should do or maybe something wrong with my car? Any input would be greatly appreciated

Re: (91EF9lover)
My accord used to do that. Then pretty soon the tranny just didn't shift at all. I flushed the tranny and that seemed to help it. I guess thats a start
