a/c button illuminates
compressor clutch doesnt kick on
Instaead of condenser fan kicking on my cooling fan turns on when i push the a.c button.

a/c condenser fan fuse is ok
i am getting power to condenser fan
i am getting power to compressor wire

i checked the ac with a autozone guage and it was reading in the red (too much refrigerant so i took it to work and emptied it. and got another bottle from autozonee and filled it up until it was in the green.

please help me.

note: condenser fan is all wobbling. like if its broken if so would this make my clutch no kick on?
