1990 B18A1 Integra Code 4
I just replaced the cv axles yesterday the car was running great until I was almost home and then about 2 blocks from the house it started to hiccup and the CEL came on. I got it to the house and yanked up the passenger floor mat to find that it was throwing a code 4. Crank position sensor, I believe?
The car is running extremely rich, and doesn't feel healthy.
What should I do?

That model doesnt have one. Peobably looking at a bad map sensor or a vacuum line thats come off. Since its running rich. If the sensor is bad there about 250 at autozone. Or take one off another tegg. My 90 n 92 are the same.
it's probably going to need a distributor, as the ckp resides in it and is non-serviceable. also, 85% of the time, with these da's, any ignition related issue is the distributor.
run through the flow chart though that fcm has provided. but chances are that is the problem

They attempted to use a light but then just lined everything up to #1 cylinder TDC, then lined up the cam sprockets to the markings then used screwdrivers to hold the cams in place and tightened down the tensioner.
what did the other cylinders read?
if the rest read ok, try pouring a teaspoon of oil down that cylinder prior to the compression test.
if the rest also read bad, it sounds like your friends may have bunged up the timing belt adjustment
