I haven't been on here in ages but I am glad this Forum is still around.

I have a 01 Integra with a drivers window problem. It was going up and down slow and then totally stopped and I had to pull it back up by hand. I know that I my description is very vague, but I was wondering if you guys can give me some insight on what to look at and test. Or what to just replace and save time. Thank you.

 

the motor fried probably. if you hear something, the rubber tracks that the glass slides in is probably sticking to the glass. take off the door panel, take down the moisture barrier, and takey out the rubber tracks on each side. hook up the switch and check if the window goes up and down. if it does then clean the tracks and reinstall. if you get no movement, the motor is dead and will need replacing.

 

Ditto the above, but can also be connection problems, [one of them in the motor for auto down feature] but bad contacts on the window switch can cause it, a bad connection at the fuse for that window can cause it as well as a bad connection at the "A" pillar plug, [door harness to dash harness connector. 94
