I'd rather have an ASP, DTR/SSR header than a Bisi.

A friend of mine had a bisi header built to suit his motor/car, and was thorougly disappointed. It leaked at both the slip joins and at the cat flange because it wasnt aligned properly - it was supposed to bolt up to a JDM cat/catback but clearly didnt.

To top it off they wouldnt reply to correspondence once the header was shipped

@Rok Stok, where in SoCal are you?

@Gabe; Not sure if you need any but if you need any OEM blue floormats I know of a dealer where you can get them, just thought I'd give you a heads up since you have the blue interior as well

Interesting. A couple friends of mine have the bisi and its looks/performs well. One dynoed 12hp over a RMF narrow @ NRG

As far as your friends car, you don't feel backpressure has anything to with it leaking?

I blow my donut gasket monthy cuz I have a cat after my RMF rep. That'll happen with such a downsize in pipe.

Not that I'm calling you a liar or anything but I honestly have yet to hear of a Bisi header leaking.

I also hear nothing but good stuff about their customer service

I mainly see negative stuff about their customer service. I have heard both sides of good or bad service. I personally have not dealt with them, so I have no direct opinion. Just stating that I mainly see negative reports.

Cool thanks SpecKay...but I've been a no floor mat guy since the 90's. I can't stand them.

i think his work has proven itself through racing. but "mass producing" things then tolerances can get out of spec. most bolt ons are not bolts ons because they have to be modified in some way.

i have also seen a semi local shop do dyno comparisons and the bisi header was out performed by many which i found odd.

No doubt, not denying the results they have achieved. For the money you pay though, the product and service didn't seem to stack up in this instance.

Doesnt matter, that header was sold off for cheap and losses were cut

Nah, had a very free flowing cat + catback.

I guess its the same with any product, someone along the line will eventually have a bad experience, unluckily enough it was us. It was disappointing that they didn't want to hear anything about it though.

Sounds like you need to look into a different system if you are replacing donuts monthly!

Anyway keeping on topic, the EG in question
