EG civic 15x8 +20 offset question
Hows it goin guys? I have an EG hatch and I recently sold my blades off it so its time I started finding me another set of wheels. I typically havent been a fan of wheels with big lips and dont know much about them but came across some 15x8 +20 wheels that have snatched my attention. From my understanding wheels with bigger lips can tamper with your cars handling ( The lip on these wheels are 3 inches ) my hatch is my daily driver but I do have plans to make it some what quicker and will focus on suspension more than motor work ( surrounded by curves more than straight lines lol ) I have done very small research 9 decided I would just ASK the question instead of feeling unsure the whole time. All of that said heres my questions:
IM currently lowered on Blox springs with front and rear camber kit and toe kit andSkunk2 shocks coming soon will a 15x8 wheel with a 3in lip and a +20 offset fit on my hatch without any fender rolling and huge negative camber? I bought my hatch with the front fender plastic already missing and the lip bent up
what size tire would you recommend?
Thanks in advance for any kind of help. Like I said I really dont know much about offsets like this and would rather just get a straight forward answer from the people who do.
Would I be better off just going with a more standard offset wheel

no they wont affect your handeling. and as long as the lip inside of your fenders is bent up theyll fit fine. how bout the lips in your rear fenders? if your rear ones arent then youll have to camber in quit a bit nothing crazy though. id go -2 up front and -4 in the rear.

Im actually not sure about my rear. Is that camber setting for with the fener lip rolled and hows the tire camber wearing? Thanks alot for the input. Slowly been searching and learning today.
that camber setting is without them being rolled in the back. -2 in the front and -4 in the back shouldnt wear ur tires out for a while. also if you get tires that stretch a lil bit theyll be easier to fit and correct your camber a lil bit. try 195 50 15 lexani lx9100 theyre really cheap but they stretch and ride really good. i got mine for $160 mounted and balanced

they'll fit but depending on drop youre going to have to camber the **** out of them. i have 15x7.5 +32 and on stock camber it eats tires trying to take sharp rights at the height that i cleared easily with 15x7 +38. I mean missing chunks of tire. but the car was pretty slammed.
i'd probably stretch some 205/50/15s or 225/40/15s if you dont wanna stretch. the stretch would reduce a bit of rub. hope that helped!

195 50 15 and 195 45 15 will stretch and wont rub. 205's wont stretch and will rub.

it was pretty dumped on my old wheels and there were no clearance issues. when i swapped them over i figured it rub a little bit, but i didnt even make it across town before i realized it needed to be raised. fenders were rolled but my wheel set up had the lip of the wheel sitting flush with the fender lip anyway.
