00 gsr obd2 to obd1 need help converting.
Is it going into an obd2 car that's being jumpered to obd1 or just being put into an obd1 vehicle? What model and year is the car? These could make a difference on what you would need to do.
it will be in obd1 car. 93 eg hatch.
but if i would swap it in a obd2 car and want to make it obd1. i just need to run the jumper harness am i right? correct me if im wrong.

BTW I adapted this from Katman's thread on OBD1 engine into OBD2a/b car:
(1- Distributor plug)
Convert to OBD2 dizzy plugs by cut/splicing OBD1 dizzy plugs and mating them to your OBD1 engine wiring harness, color matching the wires - or - find yourself an OBD1 B-series VTEC distributor (any 92-95 B-series VTEC dizzy) which will plug and play to your 92-95 engine wiring harness (easiest option).

(2 - Injector clips)
Convert to OBD2 injector plugs by cut/splicing OBD2 injector plugs to your OBD1 engine wiring harness, color matching the wires - or - find yourself a set of Bseries OBD1 injectors which will plug and play to your 92-95 EWH (easiest option).
(3 - Alternator plug)
OBD1 alternators use a round style plug whereas OBD2 alternators use a squarish plug; here's an image to help understand:

You have a few options here.
1) you can either cut and splice an OBD2 alternator plug and mate it to your OBD1 engine wiring harness
or...
2) find an OBD1 B-series alternator (any 92-95 B-series alternator will do) which makes it plug and play to your engine wiring harness....(easiest option) or...
3) disassemble the OBD1 alternator and swap in an OBD2 alternator's inner plug as shown in this pic:

(4 - CKF sensor)
Just leave the sensor hanging the OBD1 ECU won't look for it.
(5 - ECU)
Preferably use an OBD1 P72 ecu. Or change over to a "butterflyless" intake manifold (Skunk2 style) and run a chipped P28.
