Default HELP!!! Honda Prelude 1995 rims offset

Has anybody rims with ET 35?
Is it alright? are they not to wide?
I found wheels like that http://hondaprelude.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13704
but I'm afraid that they are too wide
What ET is recomended for that car?
Thanks for answer
Peter

he only pulled that 16x9 off because he did not lower his car and is running undersized stretched tires for that application..yes, the 225 is wider but then the 45 series sidewall makes the overall tire smaller..well anyways..if you want them to tuck under your fender or even look flush then you will need to use like 205/50 series tires or even 195/50 to accomplish that.

205/55 (or 195/60 depending on trim level) is the correct tire size for oem tires on your vehicle

205/50 for 16"

215/40 for 17"

i would go w/ something in 7j width +45 - +50.......

if you are concerned with rubbing and don't have a 'make it fit' attitude

I agree! But if you want to run a little wider than the 7's, you can get an 8" wide rim with a +35 offset and you'll be ok with no rubbing. I had 17x8 +35 GramLights with 215/40's on my Prelude a few years back, slammed and there was no rubbing issues at all.

i agree.

i have seen that combo as well. a lil tiny bit stretched but still works and looks very aggressive..

really, what matters the most is that you use the correct tire size and you most likely wont rub unless your width and offset for rims is outrageous.
