you'll have better luck over in the ITR forums. but all you need to know is the offset and width of them rim. nothing else really matters. also, what size slicks are on there?

Re: (Jared)
the bolt pattern will fit BUT remember, the wheels you have (not sure what year/size) will be at least 20mm offset less than your stock oem wheels. and at least 0.5 to 1.5 inches wider so you may need to roll your fenders if your car is low..
also, you need to use oem 12x1.5 lugs due to the z wheels being oem ball seat(12x1.25), of course

I know for sure that the 4x114 and 4x100 Nissan hubs are bigger than Honda's, but dk about about the 5x114s.

Other things DO matter. Like the wheel diameter, the bolt pattern, and the center bore. The spoke design may affect clearance also.

they are a 5x114.3 rim like all the 300s. nissan center bore is bigger than a honda, and i'm pretty sure the spoke design on the 300s are going to be similar to our cars. also, wheel diameter i would hope he would have used his best judgement not to get 18+s

Then you'll want to get a set of hubcentric rings to avoid the possibility of vibration problems, which are common when using rims with a bigger center bore than the hub of the car they're going on.
