Global Tech Engineering. $31.86 per 90. Burns wants $71.82 for the same piece. The other guy wants $47.14.

Yeah for 14guage with a 6" clr. I havent come accross many cars thatll have a use for a radius that large much less want that much extra weight from 14 gauge tubing.

I just bought a 16g 3.5" U bend from verocious motorsports. Its not a very nice finish and the bend gets a little squared off on the sides. Its not the worst quality bend I have ever bought, and the price was pretty good.
I'm not sure If im going to use it for my down pipe. Need to clean it up a bit and see what it can look like with a little polishing or wire wheel or something..

Thats is not the same piece the bend radii is completely different as is the material.
I know our stuff is expensive but there is a good reason for it and thats quality.
If you find tubing for a good deal you should check for a few things
Make sure there is no rippling or large clamp marks, make sure it is a good quality stainless material should be seamless material manufactured in the states chineese materials just aren't the same, check for ovalizing of the bend this should be kept to a minimum.
Reasons why ours cost more
Tighter Bend radii
Better material
minimal ovalizing
thinner material thats harder to bend

Hmm. You are right, your bends have a tighter radius. I don't think I would pay a lot more for a thinner material, but the tight bend might come in handy.

Thanks for the links guys, now where can I get a 3.5" flex bellow? All the normal places don't have it. I thought ATP turbo would have it for sure but no luck.

I ended up with I think a 3.5"x10" from epi... good service, good quality (odd size too), and in stock when I needed it. Price definately reflected these facts.
*on a side note I also found the chassis shop 3.5" stainless donut to come in handy for the dp - just tack the inner seam before cutting.
