stainless flaring tool
i'm in the process right now of bending 3/8" stainless tubing to replace my factory rubber/plastic fuel lines and am using AN fittings to mate to -6AN stainless braided hose. for this, i need a flaring tool at 37*, i have found many for pretty cheap but don't work on stainless...anybody out there know of a good 37* flaring tool that works on 3/8" stainless tubing? i found the tubing, hose, fittings, and bender at Summit Racing, but they do not sell a flaring tool for 37* for stainless

Re: stainless flaring tool
There are several high end flaring tools for SS tubing available.
For those who don't want to go through the brain damage of flaring, or can't get a flaring tool in an already installed location, Earls also makes and sells a conversion fitting for SS tubing that allows one to go from, for example, 3/8" tubing to -6 AN fittings. They're inexpensive and very strong, recommended for this use by Carrol Smith in his Race Car Plumbing book.
