steel braided hosing?
I was wondering is there any where i can get some steel braided hosing and AN fittings. I want to do all of my Fuel Lines and clutch slave cylinder in stainless lines. Do you have to use earl fittings. those are really pricey. any other alternatives?

that is the only reliable way to go. doing this of course is not required by any means the stock fuel lines are good for well over 400whp. in the end you will need somwhere right over 10 fittings which should cost close to $100 and $5 per foot in line which should also be somewhere close to $100

Re: (JDMlyfestyle)
go to summit racing or Jeg's they are probably your best bet since they deal alot more of SS lines and an fitting's there prices will be cheaper and they are good to deal with. Are you going to be running a fuel cell or is it from your stock tank? let me know what your set up is and I can pretty much tell you everything you will need to run it, and what type of car.

Russel, Earls, Aeroquip. I forget but i think one of them has a diff flare and isn't interchangeable with the other, but you can get them from either fast-turbo, or my source hybridvteceg on this board awesome guy and good service, and he is cheaper

russell makes a drop in fuel line kit for hondas. part number 641120 for dohc and 641110 for sohc.
http://www.russellperformance....shtml
it costs only a little more than buying all the parts and doing it yourself would cost. plus it has banjo fittings which are pretty nice.
you can get a SS braided clutch line ready to go from fastline performance. its $30 and has a coating over the braid to keep it from getting chaifed and looking nice.

edit: the only way to get that russell lines is to order though summet or jegs. its cheaper to get it though them as well. just give them the part number and they'll get it out to you

Dose anyone know the life expectancy of these steel braided lines? You can see the rubber type lines dry-rot and crack over time, how do you check these types of lines?
