Do not bolt it back in, your radiator support is a vital part of your chassis' strength. If you do not know how to weld you can hire a mobile welder to come to you and weld it in. Should run you no more then $100 for the amount of work they need to do. I'll see if I can find some links or write ups for it. But please do not bolt it in. That is not safe at all.

even though you got it off, it should have been simple enough to just look at it and see what needs to be done. drill out all that you can see, and if it is still attached somewhere, look around to find what you missed. pretty simple stuff, and would actually take longer to look at a diagram to figure it all out than it would just just look at the damn thing and attack

Re: rad support replacement
why no just bend it back? Would be a lot easier. just need a strap or chain and hook it to something the wont move and pull her out.

Actually i am curious about knowing how to do this, because i just bought an eg shell that was hit in the front and the rs needs to be replaced. The guy who sold it to me gave me a straight rs that he bought on the junk yard. Can someone share a link or information regarding this. Thanks

Re: rad support replacement
Lots of drilling spot welds... metal prep, and rewelding spot welds.. however this all means dick if the chassis is tweaked
It'd almost be worth it to find a cheap spot welding machine off of eBay... it's seriously worth it because of the time you'll save.
They also make a bit just for drilling spot welds so you don't go through the base panel, makes rewelding the new panel loads easier, as opposed to welding up holes.

Re: rad support replacement
the rad support is already comprimised, so applying heat and rebending them back straight would only weaken it further...cut away the old, weld in new, simple...

First you have to remove that old radiator support and everything else broken/bent then straighten the bent inner fender as best you can with a hammer and dolly and keep test fitting the radiator support until everything is lined up then weld everything back together take your time this is a structural part of your vehicle goodluck man
