Default Mitre into an elbow (exhaust)

Im thinking this one through and I want to find an easier way than playing around with a grinder wheel to fit this up.

I have been requested to make a 90 degree mitred into a straight pipe to come off the pipe perpendicular to the pipe thats there now.

Any ideas how to mitre into an elbow straight down from one of the machined faces besides hogging it out with a grinder (or mounting it in a mill)?

Tube notcher, or grind it out. Do you have a pipe fitters blue book? You can mark it out like a branched saddle with 8 quadrant lines and cut it pretty close pretty quick.
