Default Machining/Welding by BMCRace

heres some updated pics of my BW S366ett.

Sam and James @ BMC RACE did all the machining and welding. They machined off the odd BW dp flange and welded on a 4'' v-band to match my 4'' aluminum dp.

Looks good. It was pulsed either as-welded or after, but looks like it will hold fine.

Are you worried about cracking from the flange to the cast metal housing?

BMC has done many of these before he knows what hes doing. been doing it for years.


looks great.

what 366 is that? I just got one with the new "race cover" into the shop the other day. looks neat
