FS: 1991 Civic Wagon with B20/YS1/Omni Coilovers/JDM Front End
EDIT: I will be at the NWP meet tomorrow, and at the Eibach meet next week. If you want to see it those will be great places to do it.
I regret that I have to put my latest project up for sale. My wife and I are moving to Oregon soon and we have too many cars right now. My truck isn't selling (2 flakers so far) and I need to sell one vehicle or the other before we leave. With that in mind I've decided to see if anyone would be interested in my Wagovan.
Last year I spent a good 6 months looking for an 88-91 wagon as a daily driver. Finally in July I found this 1-owner car and picked up in a flash.
It sat for several months while I worked on my Honda Challenge H1 CRX, which was eventually sold in January. Since then I've spent the last few months rebuilding this wagon with all new parts and a new swap.
Lots of people know what I went through to build this car, and I'm sure they can vouch for me. I built it with reliable daily driving in mind, and no corners were cut.
It also has a clean Carfax, as seen here:

The heart of the wagovan is the swap, which is a JDM B20B purchased from JHPUSA.com. I converted it to OBD1 using a new DX to OBD1 harness and subharness from Locashracing.com. I also used a P75 LS ECU. Here's a breakdown of all the parts I replaced or rebuilt:
Engine:
JDM B20B longblock
HASport CNC engine mount kit
New rear trans bracket
New timing belt, tensioner, and water pump
Locashracing.com OBD1 conversion harnesses
P75 intake manifold
P75 ECU
New IACV and ECT
New intake manifold gasket
New radiator, thermostat, and radiator hoses
New alternator
B16A crank pulley
Ractive 3" intake painted black
RS*R 4-2-1 header with 2.5" collector
New 2.5" Magnaflow cat
New 2.25" exhaust with Magnaflow resonator and Dynomax muffler
New SK7 throttle cable
Custom JDM coolant reservoir
Transmission:
JDM YS1 close-ratio trans, freshly rebuilt by .J.
New Clutch Specialties clutch and pressure plate
Lightened and balanced B16A flywheel
HASport shift linkage
Energy Suspension shifter bushings
Rebuilt axles
Circuit Hero shifter extension
Suspension:
New Omni Power coilovers (12k/10k)
91 Civic EX knuckles powdercoated black
New ARP wheel studs
New front wheel bearings
New lower balljoints
New tie rod ends
SPC rear camber adjusters
Rebuilt original steering rack
Suspension Techniques sway bars (not installed)
Rota Group N wheels with 195/55-15 tires
Brakes:
New 91 Civic EX 15/16 master cylinder and 9" booster
New Hawk HP pads
Rebuilt 96 GSR calipers
New rotors
New Russell ss braided brake lines
New brake light switch
Interior:
Nardi 360mm steering wheel
Momo hub and aluminum spacer
JDM cupholder
Astroturf floormats
Exterior:
JDM Wagon front end with clear corners, bigass foglights, and headlight washers (not installed)
Sweet WAGOVAN custom plate

I still have all the AC parts too, all that's needed is a HASport AC bracket and a recharge. AC worked great before I pulled it all out in January.
As of now I'm asking $5500 obo. No trades please, I'm trying to reduce the amount of vehicles I have.
I'm located in socal, in the oc area. PM me for a phone number or if you need more info. Also, you can email me at shaun@kasperowicz.com
Disclaimers:
If my truck sells this car will be off the market.
HKS exhaust tips do not come with the car. Sorry, there's just a few things I won't sell.
