1991 Civic Si Built Turbo SOHC $5000 FIRM
Im selling my 1991 Civic Si after years of building it. There is really not much for me left to wrench on it. I am moving on to another project car. My loss is your gain. I must have over $15,000 into this car. It looks sharp, handles well, stops well, and sure does scoot! (last season I ran a PB of 11.5 @ 120mph with a smaller turbo) I decided to use the D16Z6 motor because it is inexpensive and easy to work on.
Body has over 160k miles but the motor and trans have less than 500 miles on them.
Engine
CSS (Cylinder Support Systems) block, CP pistons (thermo coated), Eagle rods, Race bearings, ported D16Z6 head Supertech valve train, CompCam camshaft, ARP head studs, ported D16Z6 IM, Omni TB, ported OEM oil pump No leaks at all!
Trans
MFactory rebuilt trans with MFactory LSD, CompClutch Stage 5, scatter shield, reinforced pedal assy.
Turbo
Precision Turbo 5858 Billet wheel ball bearing, Custom mini ram ceramic coated manifold, 3" down pipe with V-bands to 2.5 full exhaust, race muffler and street muffler, Tial W/G, custom I/C, Greddy BOV, Aluminum catch can (breather), Aluminum charge pipes with billet ends, silicone couplers with T-bolt clamps
Engine Mgmt
ID 1000cc injectors, Complete OBD1 conversion, Hondata tuned on E85 by Xenocron, new gas tank, Walbro 255lph pump, Fuel press gauge, adj press regulator, 3 bar MAP sensor, Innovative wideband, boost gauge, oil press gauge, Accel Super Coil HEI
Brakes/ Susp
Complete Energy Suspension polyurethane kit, Acura DA disc brake conversion including Master Cyl., Hawk pads, S.S. brake lines, ETD traction bar, S&W roll bar installed by C&F Race Cars, Neuspeed springs, KYB struts, ARP wheel studs
Cooling/ Acc.
Koyo EG radiator, electric fan, trunk mounted battery with NHRA box and cut off switch, Mulit-Lock shift lock, RCI 5 point safety harness
Wheels / Paint
15" OEM Honda wheels with Kumho tires, Lenso drag wheels with M&H slicks included. Urethane paint shines nicely
The horns were removed, no heat, no A/C. The car runs on E85 only!!
*I will also include some spare parts (some new OEM), and a "Tow Bar", to the buyer who pays the asking price*

Re: 1991 Civic Si Built Turbo SOHC $6000 OBO
I spoke to my tuner and discussed this matter with him yesterday actually.
I can install a fuel sensor that will monitor and adapt the tune accordingly. (I'd need to retune on pump gas)
I have an e85 Shell station 15min from my house. I wasn't aware it was difficult for some to obtain.

I've got a lot of things that I wont be needing anymore. Helm manual, spare new heim joints for the traction bar, spare clutch cable, spare rebuilt non-LSD trans, spare bare block, spare polished crank, spare head, and assorted OEM gaskets.
