Icon2 Hydraulic Clutch Issues (91 Accord w/ pix)

Lost pressure in my clutch pedal on my 91 Honda Accord

recently. I swapped out the clutch master and slave cylinders, bled the line, and still got no pressure. After checking for a leak in the line, I discovered fluid coming out from what I think is the banjo bolt that connects the master cylinder to the line (pic). The line is tightened snug on the master, but the fluid keeps coming out at the spot indicated with red arrows. Anyone have a solution? Should I replace the whole hydraulic line?

Thanks in advance.

Red arrow indicate leak location.

You are rounding off that bolt head because you arent using a flare wrench. Get a 14mm flare wrench on it and tighten it down. If you're lucky its not stripped too much to tighten now.

Then rebleed. Report back.

Bled it for a while (about an hour). I'm getting half pressure on the pedal. Think there's still air in the line?

Squeeze the rubber hose going from the reservoir while some pumps the pedal and see if bubbles come to the top of the reservoir. Sometime air gets trapped in there. You may need to adjust the mc push rod if you have too much free play.

No bubbles with the squeeze. I did adjust the push rod though, that got it going! Thanks, mate. I totally forgot from when I did this last year that you need to adjust that when there's pressure. Drove for a couple days and no hydraulic fluid is leaking so looks like I'm in business!
