I saw this and it made me laugh SO HARD, probably the best thing since the "turbonator." My friend got a "chip" for his car in high school that hooked up to the battery and something else, I can't remember, and was talking about how he thought he felt an increase in performance. I always told him that he would one day come to his senses, remove it, cut it open, and find an empty casing with dead-end wires going into it... And guess what? That's exactly what happened... And I'm sure the story is no different here.

(Hondas made in america) and get better gas miles because I

it is not a matter at all. It is a generic product for all 12v cars.
Sensitive driver will find difference in acceleration. You can
also find improvement in mileage.
I think it is because the body of US made Honda is heavier
than JP made. The reason is the collision standard in US is
very high. The body must be very strongly made in US than
JP.

Okay, I am curious, what is inside of this magical device? Your
listing just says it has electronic parts in it... what kind of
electronic parts? I am an engineering student, and although I'm
not an electrical engineering student I have taken a calculus
based electromagnetism course, and I'm a little baffled at how
something like this is so "magical." Is it a capacitor used for
buffering electric pulsations? If so how many farad is it?
