smog Gurus: your help is needed

Default smog Gurus: your help is needed

my smog is in two weeks and my motor is burnin hella oil due to valve seals...
my homie just did an old fashion smog test today(without NOx) and the results are bad.

HC: 269
02: 1.2...

those are tremendously high and my boy said that i was runnin rich....and those results dont include Nox levels...

i havent tried using GTP but on thursday, i will check for any vac leaks and then use GTP and another smog test

so please smog gurus, i need your help!!!!!

Check your o2 sensor and cat. That GTP **** won't work on our cars, it will only make things worse. When was the last time you changed your cat and o2 sensor?? It also helps to warm up the cat to operating temperature before you go to the smog place. Hope this helps.

man if you are burning oil thats where the hcs are coming from.
