Default opinion all motor or boost

trying to decide what i want to do. my goal is for a low 13 sec 1/4 mile. i dont really care what it puts down to the ground. here is my current set up:
jdm h22
Honda s200
ground control coil overs with skunk 2 800lb race springs in the back
tokico illumina 5 way adjustible struts all the way around
limited slip
2 1/4 exhaust
cia

my current time is a 14.8 on 2 hurt axles should be a 14.5 when i can finally launch.

so I have 3000 to spend. i want the most dependable set up what will get me down the track with the best time.

this will be on a stock bottom end either way. sooo hit me up yall

im persionally leaning all motor

thanks guys

Here are some good sites for you to check out, if you hadn't done so already:

As much as I respect all motor, given a proper setup and tune for 3k, low 13's are much more possible with forced induction than the all motor direction. Granted, both all motor and boost setups can achieve your goal...it's a matter of preference, knowledge, and tuning.

Keep in mind, should you go the turbo route, you can always upgrade you turbo and produce more hp. If you upgrade your block and such, you can choose to upgrade from a small turbo that can easily reach your low 13 goal, and surpass it easily by simply replacing the turbo with a larger one. All motor applications cannot reach the torque and hp figures produced by properly built turbo setups. Oh, and driving a mildly to highly modified boosted car requires more skill than N/A...why? traction issues...N/A cars typically have a linear powerband, whereas its boosted counterpart has an exponential powerband. Imagine something of this effect: 140whp at 4000rpm, and then 350whp at 5000rpm. That's turbo for ya. I can go on and on...
