Default Misfire! Dead End

I drive a Turbo ITR and my tuner sent me back from the dyno because of slight misfires and bad wiring.

Everytime at idle I notice slight misfires and notice it more as I rev it up. It doesn't stutter when I drive it but I notice the loud misfiring noises from the exhaust.

I redone the wiring on my fuel injectors and ECU. I have a fairly new distributor and sparkplug wires. I replaced the sparkplugs with brand new NGKs at the proper gap. Now I'm at a dead end. I have no idea what it is. I did notice my map sensor was a little loose and it only have one screw. I tightened the loose screw but theres still one screw missing. Could that cause little misfire?

Please help.

Start from the beginning and check injector rings to make sure they are not leaking.
