Default Ls Vtec turbo running rich.

I bought my car with a ls b18a1 bone stock engine with a turbo, and I blew the engine out redlining so I deciding upon building it I should just upgrade to a vtec b16 which I did.
Upgrades are
Em1 b16 head
Weisco pistons 10:1:0
330cc RC injectors
Brian crower rods
Arp studs
Vtec kit
Cometic MLS gasket
Edlebrock intake manifold
Edlebrock 64mm throttle body
Itr camshaft
Skunk2 cam gears
P30ecu
Turbo is pushing 8lbs
Ngk iridium spark plugs

So upon my build I was able to get it started and when it was turned on it ran pretty rich, I took of one of my spark plugs after running it 20-30 mins and it was black. It would also turn on without my map sensorbeing connected prior to my computer being chipped. A lot of black smoke came out of my car without the map sensor being connected another thing I notice was when I connect the map sensor it idles rough and sometimes turns off unless hitting the gas, but the smoke goes away I don't know if it is bad or not? Double check that the TPS And MAP were not connected wrong. I'm having trouble diagnosing the problem
Might I just need a tune or bigger injectors? Any input would help a lot.

Yes because I'm installing a virgin p30 ECU for my new setup prior to running vtec

So how is an untuned virgin ecu for a 1.6 with 240cc injectors supposed to run a turbocharged 1.8 liter with cams, altered compression, changed intake manifold and much larger throttle body and 330cc injectors?

Car would run super rich on idle, take care of boost. Set the wastegate to 0 psi (no springs) until you tune your ECU.

Buy at least, 550's

I'm going to garage the car until I am able to tune & dyno it.

I was thinking my old set up was already maxing out the stock injectors and with this built the computer is trying to do the same with much larger injectors causing it to run rich.

Computer just send PWM (pulse-width modulation) signals to injectors, in milliseconds.

Every pulse of, let's say, 4 milliseconds on a 240cc/min injectors are equal to 0.016cc on each cylinder. But if you put 480's (twice capacity) you will put twice fuel on each cyl. (0.032cc). The ECU doesn't know which kind of injectors are you installed.

first, cross your fingers you didnt wash or ruin the ring seal.

second, take out the wastegate spring and put stock injectors in. put the stock o2 sensors in and fire it back up to make sure it runs.

third, order wideband asap.

once wideband is installed and you have tuneable ecu in hand, drive at very light throttle to a tuner. good luck to you.

i can see if this was like ******* 2002 and your afc hack was making your car run poorly but jesus christ this stuff is widely known and cookie cutter at this point there really arent many excuses anymore
