94 GS-R original engine/harness(s).


Cliffs: car sat for 20 mins when I came back to it none off the gauges worked along with several of the dummy light icons everything was fine before. I tried a new cluster nothing ! what works is the: L/R turn, high beam and battery dummy lights. the clock doesn't work either vtec hits and the engine runs fin this is isolated to the gauges/dummy lights. the back ground lights on the cluster work fine also.


This car is my DD and I need it have no spedo fuel temp or CEL so i'm not about to go driving it not knowing what's going on

Fuse 10A in the under the dash box, for the "back up light(E-AT UNIT)" keeps blowing causing the gauges dash clock and 90% of the dummy lights to not work ! why are these related

you have a short somewhere....power wire grounding out. Have you done anything dealing with electrical wires lately?

Fixed ! turns out the wire for the reverse light switch had worn the bare metal and was hitting the tranny to chassis ground area. made me wonder as I had it fixed for a minute then as soon as I took a sharp turn it shirted again.
