Default Found bad connecting rod bearing, now what?

Discovered a bad connecting rod bearing in a Yamaha R6 engine. My question is, how do I know if the crank journal needs to be reground? Visually it looks okay but I am not an expert. This engine revs past 15,000 rpm so I don't think "looks okay" cuts it Do I just need to buy a new bearing and plastigage it? If you're curious, here's the bad bearing...

Check the factory tolerances and mike the thing , this is the only way to tell if it is within the range . make shure you mike it in more than one location on the jornal this will insure it is round. I mean the more places you check it the better (all the way around)
