Cruise Control Cable Attachment Point On Throttle Body Broken
2002 Accord SE. Any thoughts on how to fix this? It's the "holder" on the throttle body where the cruise control cable attaches. The little hooks that hold the cylindrical end of the cable broke off. It appears as though I might be able to drill some small holes in either side, install the cable, then stick a cotter pin in there to hold it. Only problem is that it's plastic, and probably won't last too long?
Can that piece be replaced? Everything is spring loaded, so I'm not sure how that would all come apart & go back together. When I checked the parts diagram for the throttle body, they don't list individual parts.
Thoughts? Broken part circled in red:

It will come apart, and putting it back together is not that hard, but you will need to hit up your local bone-yard for the parts,
I would just grab the T/B and replace the whole thing. 94
