Default Brake Fluid and Paint removal on Plastic

Hey guys. Here is a helpful tip for you if you have painted your stock plastic inside your Honda and want to take it back to stock color. Soak your plastic pieces in brake fluid to take off that spray paint Fast. I am working on my Speedo bezel right now. Had 2 layers of paint on it. After 1 hour of soaking in brake fluid the paint just wipes off with a paper towel. I almost wasted 40 bucks on a new bezel. After you have removed all the paint wash the plastic part off with soapy water and dry. Saved me 40 dollars. I used Walmart Super tech dot 3 fluid.

I "heard" oven cleaner works well too but I haven't tried it.

Well Brake fluid works wonders! My gauge bezel is good as new! Oven cleaner may do the trick as well. Also heard Wd-40, but don't know how true that is..Brake fluid FTW!
