90-93 integra pass side seatbelt won't go back up help!!!!!
My passenger side automatic seatbelt won't go back up, when i start the car, it just sits there with the seatbelt light on my dash. After a while it starts to beep, driving me crazy. Anybody know the problem to this.

The automatic belts have more than their share of problems, in my experience.
This happened to me in my 90 Integra. I remember hearing that anything seatbelt related was covered under warranty by Honda for the life of the car. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it, free of charge.
So if I found myself in your situation, I'd take the car to the Acura dealer and ask about that seatbelt warranty.
In the mean time, do you know if the shoulder belt is super tight when it gets stuck? If it is, unlatch it up top ("emergency release") and let it retract. If you get the seatbelt light even in the retracted position, shove a key or something in it. I did that at a track day when I used a 5pt harness and didn't want the stock belt in my way

it's not exactly true about the acura fixing the seatbelt. From what they told me it depends if the problem is under the warranty they'd fix it for free if not there going to charge u for the part. And one thing where is the emergency release button at???

The release button is where the shoulder belt clicks into above the window.
And you're absolutely right about the warranty covering some things but not others. I believe mechanical parts are covered, but if the problem is something electrical (like the seatbelt motor vs the seatbelt rail) you'd have to pay for it. You should try to get a free estimate and do not agree to pay for anything until they tell you what it is. You may have to pay a labor fee but those parts are SO expensive that if you have to buy the parts, you could go to a junkyard. At least at that point you would know exactly what needs to be replaced.

what sucks though is that they told me it would cost me around $150-250 in just finding the part in the seatbelt that's causing the malfunction. There's no way i would pay that much just for them to check the malfunction on the seatbelt. And then if i decide for them to install the part that equals too $$$ along w/ the part.

ok last night i pulled the passenger seat out and unplugged the wire underneath the seat and pulled the panel on the rear seat where the motor is and unplugged them too. I later on replugged them and turn the car on, but it didn't retract so i guess the motor must be gone.
