Ditto on improper installation. That's about it if the bearing is really only 3 months old and was a brand new oem honda part.

Did you change the hubs along with your bearings? If you used your old one that might be it

There could be many things that can go bad. Anywhere from defective to improper installation. I say stick with oem and you won't have a problem.

Bad install I bet. Who did the install?

If its a shop, have them redo it. I just did mine myself, its not too difficult.

A lot of times people don't realize that the axle nut preloads the wheel bearing, this could be a case of over tightening, under tightening, or forgetting to dent the axle but and it has backed off

You can get them New from this site: http://www.hondapartsunlimited.com/index.php?p=home

or Auto Fair Honda

I hope that helps but like the others said there could be a number of factors that could have contributed to the bearing going bad. Have someone professionally install them if you have next time.
