ok, i searched on spring rates, i found alot of good info. but nothing exactly like i was looking for. im driving a 95 civic, daily driving. im looking for it lowered around 1.3-1.6, but it needs to be a comfortable ride, as i live in a fairly bumpy area. i will be using either kyb agx's or illuminas. i need to know a good spring rate for this. anyone have a number for me?

150-250? a low rate in the rear will give you the most comfort... also depends on your shocks.

Call Ground Control and tell them what car you have. Then tell them what sort of ride quality you want, and what your going to be using the car for. They will give you the perfect spring rate for your application...

F: 325, R: 150 is my random guess without using formulas etc.
