Personally i wouldnt, but if you do decide to go ahead and do it, id at least flare the lines where your going to attach the rubber tube, to help prevent the tubing and clamp slipping off. (like how intercooler piping has a ridge to prevent the joiners slipping off).

No that wont work. The brake lines fluid pressure is much too high for any type of clamp fitting. It's just like your fuel lines. The high pressure feed to the fuel rail has special hoses w/ banjo fittings. Then the low pressure return line uses a simple clamped fitting.

Have it professionally repaired, or buy a whole new line from Honda and install it yourself...

Replacing a rear brake line isn't easy. I ended up removing the subframe which wasn't a big deal since I had the motor and suspension off the car anyway and I removed the gas tank to get access to the some of the retaining clips. If you have access to a lift and can get the car up in the air, you might be able to weave it between the sub-frame and the body. Also the brake and fuel lines are grouped together running down the length of the car.

I just ran all new lines to my front and rear calipers on my Prelude and it's not terribly hard... You definately cannot use any type of clamps or anything besides a properly flared line (I tried the clamps and failed miserably when I was a stupid kid, haha).

If it's hard to get a line from the dealer, which it may be, then I would suggest some pre-made lines from the auto parts store. All you have to is bend them and install them. I did all 4 in a day and a half including taking the rear subframe off.
