ASR on EK hatch with stock springs?
Can the ASR subframe piece handle an ITR sway bar on an EK hatch if it was on stock suspension? Or are higher rate springs required? I want to put my stock crap back on but want to keep my sways on still. I already use the ASR piece BTW.

I don't see why you couldn't. The sway bar just connects both ends of the suspension, and therefore increasing the spring rate of either the front or back depending on which you upgrading to.
Beware adding it will change the way the car handles and may cause some oversteer that you are probably not use too.

Higher spring rates make your suspension move less. For example, imagine a soft *** caddy that dips and rolls when going over bumps. The suspension works a lot more. With stiffer springs the suspension doesnt travel nearly as much so with a stiffer spring, the stress created by the sway bar would be less. At least thats my take on it.
but i imagine the ASR was built to take the stress so i dont see why you couldnt run stock suspension on it. i wonder if it was developed under stock suspension or an upgraded suspension in mind.
