Ok so basically me and my brother are going in on halfs of our next build project and before we go any further I wanna see if our goal are even possible without blowing all or to much cash.
Goal is to run mid to high 11s in 1/4 miles. Shell will be a eg hatch completly gutted besides dash Motor will be stock h22 for now and b16tranny with lsd Nitrous set up will be a single fogger on a NX or Zex kit 100-125 wet shot. Tires will be 22in slicks or toyo proxes r888 drag radials prob slicks Tuned on crome or hondata havnt decided

This will be strictly a track cars an possibly see a few street events at night will not be a daily street car at all so I'm not worried to much if something goes wrong I have much more to list about the set up but just wanting you guys opinnion on that short list to see if its possible most stuff will be bought used besides the h2b kit an nitrous kit an asseroys. We are looking to spend about 5k when all said an done and will eventually build it more as time goes on.

Your starting up wrong with the tires, you should probably use 24x8. I ran 11.5@117 with a completly stock longblock h23(b series tranny) in a completly gutted eg. You should run low 11 if its done right.

Yeah I really havvnt decided on what size tires yet ill defently be doing my research before I buy some. If you don't mind I was think about the qsd h2b kit. What kit are you runing? Any problems with it? Suspension setup?

I'm hoping be able to run a 125 wet shot on the stock motor with minimal problems.

Yup qsd not a single problem with it. My suspencion is really a ghetto one ebay coilover on some old kyb. My best 60s are 1.56

Yeah my suspesion was prob gonna consist of those lines too I rather spend money else where until it starts getting in my way of running faster times lol.
What rpm are you launching at? 1.5 60fts sound like a dream to me I get 2.5s on crappy crappy street tires in my boosted ls 280whp.

Close to 5.5 i dont have 2-step so i try ti launch it between 5.5-5.6

The car should easily run into the 11s as long as you can drive.

Yeah I hope so. Anybody else with h2b setups with ot with nitrious intrested too see what everbody is running. I wanna give these high turbo cars a challange an figured 11s is pertty fast for a stock motor and spray with bolt ons.

Also you think a h22 can handle a 125 wet shot from a zex kit I herd there a lil under rated at there shot size to actual hp it gives you??

Yes, should be no problem if you know how to tune a nitrous car and read the plugs properly.

I had a friend who had a stock h23a and had a 135 wet shot never had a problema with it.
