Default Further Study Throttle Lag: Help of Data

On the way to investigate lag in power and throttle response came few things. My distributor cap is a bit worn off, Spark plug wires are of in appropriate length. I had thought to look at parameters when this phenomenon happens. Got myself a scanner, Following is the data. What can we analyse of this

O2 sensor at Idle

O2 sensor at 2.5k RPM

Short Term Fuel Trim (I consider it Abnormal but why)
Sudden Drop presents state when Full Throttle was suddenly pressed

Intake Absolute Pressure
Sudden PEAK presents state when Full Throttle was suddenly pressed

Timing Advance
Sudden Drop presents state when Full Throttle was suddenly pressed. Why does this happens

Unknown Sensor
Sudden Drop presents state when Full Throttle was suddenly pressed

Thanks
