Default 96 honda accord lx f22b2 no spark

Okay i'm in the need of some help. I have a 96 honda accord lx with a f22b2. The engine blow up so i bought a 95 honda accord lx f22b2 engine. After i was done swapping the engine into my accord i was getting no spark and seen that i had a plug on my harness that wasn't getting used. So i been looking it up, and i have found that my 96 was the first year of obd2 and it had a crank sensor and a top dead center sensor down in the timing cover. So i know this is why i'm not getting spark because the 95 f22b2 engien i swapped in did not have one on the crank but it was in the distributor. So i put a 95 distributor back on and wired it to work and ran the wires from the crank sensor plug/ top dead center plug over to the 95 distributor because i know in 95 the crank sensor and top dead sensor was in the distributor. I did this all with a wiring diagram. So anyways im for sure now that i have ran the wires correctly but im still not getting any spark. So if anyone could point me to someone that has done this swap before or knows what my next move should be that would be great.
Thanks

Hate to say this but I'm going to give it to you straight.

It would be best to put the wiring back exactly how they were and take the oil pump AND crank timing pulley off of the '96 engine and put it onto the '95 engine and call it a day.

The '95 will now officially be your '96. Obviously use the intake manifold from your '96.

Okay so thanks for getting back with me. Now just to make sure that i am getting this right i should just go a head and pull that crank sensor off the 96 engine and put it on the 95 engine and what is the difference in the intake manifolds?

TBH, I believe you need the entire oil pump assembly from your 96 motor because I don't think just the crank sensor will bolt up to the '95 one. Just pull the oil pump assembly(which will have your old sensors as well) and pick up a oil pump gasket set and crank seal. Be sure to put a generous amount of grease on the inner lip of the new crank seal so that the lip breaks in properly or it it could tear and leak if you install it dry. You will also need the crank timing pulley. This is also important. It seems like some work to have to pull both timing assemblies but its the best way to do it.

After you install the crank seal just be sure to wipe off any excess grease that's on the outside. You don't want any grease slinging around the belts.
