Default DPFI to MPFI OBDO to OBD1 conversion question

Hey guys i have a bone stock 91 ef hatch DX. Its got a obdo d15b2 dual point fuel injection in it. I just recently bought a obd1 lsv. I know that i need to convert it from dpfi to mpfi and obdo to obd1. I ordered a obdo to obd1 conversion harness for the ecu and dizzy. Can anyone send me a link or tell me exactly how to convert it from dpfi to mpfi if i am converting to obd1?? also how to wire for vtec?? please help asap. Would like swap in asap so i can take her to hyperfest mid next month! Also would b series axles and shift linkage fit? they came with the swap and were on a eg hatch before.
Thanks guys

OBD1 jumper adds a few wires for vtec, heated O2, etc, but it's main function is to route the OBD0 wire to the correct pin on the OBD1 ECU.

What you are doing is converting the OBD0 wiring from DPFI to MPFI.
When you are done with that, all the wires will exist and be in the right place for you to plug in the OBD1 jumper harness and all the wires will be going to the right place.
Don't forget the TPS wiring!!!
