There is an issue with your SHO2S, aka Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor. It is located under the car next to the catalytic converter.

Check the electrical connection to the secondary O2 sensor. Make sure it is clean and tight.

If you have an exhaust leak in front of your secondary O2 sensor, fix the leak.

If you just recently replaced your catalytic converter with a cheap high flow or test pipe... this is a normal code and there is really not much you can do besides try and hack the signal or use a spark plug defouler.

im ordering a new exhaust kit. but im going to check to see if its tight and clean
