Post No Gauges, high Idell with spuddering

Hey Guys After Looking around here and a few other websites i cant really find my problem, 93-eg-hb-b18a-ob1-p06(waiting for chip kit) , First of all i'm not getting any response from my gauges, the high beam light, battery logo light, and hazzards work fine, no ilumination(idc so much for that),
Second I completely re wired everything from under the dash to the headlights, the previouse owner had a complete obd0 harness sliced into everything and was running a pr4 so i have a 95 and 92 civic hb so i took everything that was Virgin did a wire tuck and so on(didnt Splice or depinn anything), i followed a few how 2s just to make sure i was doing it right, now i couldnt find the mapsensor plug for the life of me i looked for abour 3 hours till i found a post and wired it into the main harnes(under Dash) i repind and depined 97 OBd2 crv distributor (to replace the obd0) to accept the obd1 harnes and made sure everything matched (i have all the wiring diagrams) it starts runns like s*** its all hooked up correctly as far as i can tell the cooling fan works and i timed it using the usual procedure.
I added more ground wires to body to motor to inside the car, etc
im stumped

Why are you running an ECU meant for a non-VTEC D-series single cam engine on a DOHC one?

I know the p06 is intended to run a d16 but apparently I can run it it's just going to run lean a bit I found a few threads on it such as this one https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/p06-ecu-w-b18b-swap-vs-p75-ecu-1146670/
Thank you for the reply
