Fuel pump wont prime, check engine light is dim, new main relay, new walbro 190fuel pump all grounds check out fine. Battery and starter are fine. I have 3 grounds, and the one of the harness. Doesn't turn over just clicks once when I turn the key. If I push the clutch and turn the key the lights on my dash brighten up and when i release it they go dim again.

Swap is in a 93 civic sedan.

Don't know where to start, any help is much appreciated

Do you have a car alarm? And how about bump starting the car does that work? What ecu do you currently have in your car for the h22? Also is your engine swap an obd2 or obd1?

No car alarm, Haven't tried roll starting it. Chipped p75 tuned. obd1

Have you tried taking a wire to the lead on the starter and touching it to the pos. battery terminal? I suggest doing this when the key is in {II}. Do your hear the pump turn on and off hen the key is put in (CEL comes up)

Just wondering, was an at to mt swap dome on the car? Was it running fine before and this just started happening?

It doesn't prime, cars always been mt. Just happened this week, at first I would hear the fuel pump prime but when I turned the key it didnt turn over, only heard three rapid clicks

Now when the dash lights are dim and doesn't prime

Not ignition switch. I tried a different one and same thing.

I left the key in the on postion for about 10min and the lights looked normal fuel pump primed but when I went to start it, I heard three fast clicks either from under the hood or ecu...
