Icon2 Need help with my 91 CRX D15B2

My car has a rough idle and RPM's bounce between 1000 and 1500. Has a sputter on idle that almost makes it want to stall out. Has stalled out a few times when I just let it run. Any ideas as to what it could be? I've changed fuses, plugs, wires, fixed ground wires, battery cable, and installed a cold air intake but nothing has calmed down the sputtering.

Check all your vacuum lines. Its an EF, those lines are all rubber, they might be dry rotted, broken, or even missing. That"s what I would check first!
