Engineer is not necessary. You are building a unique engine. Experience is necessary. You can obtain experience from testing. You can obtain experience from people who build 11,000 RPM motors.
11,000 RPM motor is not normal. Normal engineering does not work. You can not know that 11,000 RPMs will make the parts resonate and vibrate. Only experience tells you how 11,000 RPMs affects the motor.

like i stated before it's just the block girdle that's what helps in 10k revs without blowing something up. Now that's why the F20c, K20's, and the famous f20b rev high without complications.
