car shakes when ac is on while idling, will a high output alternator help with the load put on the car by ac is on?

It's probably because of the mechanical load of the belt on the motor, not an electrical issue. Maybe your idle is too low, and it dips down low enough with the AC on that it shakes. How high are your idle RPMs without the AC on?

Idle sounds like it's where it should be. Not sure what to tell you, I don't know what to troubleshoot with the AC, but I don't see how a high output alternator would help in any way.
