SpeedFactory 2011 D2B - Worlds Most Powerful D16!
For those that followed last years build, we were able to run a 9.65 @ 153.8mph before the block split in half horizontally right below the headstuds. That was on a sleeved block with 75.5mm Vitara pistons and stock valve size head.
We've made some pretty major changes to improve both power and reliability this year, with help from our sponsors. A huge thanks is owed to the following companies for helping out in a major way this year with the car.
Albins Performance Transmissions
Arias Pistons
Bisimoto Engineering
Competition Clutch
DG Machine
Golden Eagle MFG
NOS Energy
Our goal is to run low 9's at 160+mph this year, and keep the block from splitting again. That would be enough to make me happy!
