Need timing help fast

Re: Need timing help fast
Engine MUST be at TDC #1 cyl compression.
Crank pulley mark lined up with mark on oil-pump.
Cam pulleys with "UP" marks facing up. There are marks on the cam pulleys that will now point towards each other. Get them perfectly in alignment.
Put drill bits into the holes in the fronts of the camshafts.
Now try and get the belt on with the cam pulley marks still perfect. It is NOT easy to do without ending up with one cam off by a tooth.
If the old belt is still on, use Wite-Out to make marks on the pulleys and crank, and on the belt where it meets those items. Slide old belt off. Transfer marks to new belt and install. Piece of cake.
