Default B20 head gasket

Well I haven't been in the Honda game for several years so my knowledge is lacking. I don't remember if a B20 head uses the same head gasket as a b18b? Can anyone verify that?
The head is from a 99 and says p75-9.

Oh ok, good thing I checked. Just need to verify that a p75-9 is in fact a b20 head if anyone knows that...

Just to be clear. You have a b18b block right? If so you need a b18b gasket

Yep b18b block. Ok, not sure why I thought I'd need a different gasket then.. Might be getting off topic here but anyone know if b18b cams/caps can be used in the b20 head? Everything the same size?

The exhaust cam is the exact same, but the b20 intake cam is 0.0272 inch bigger

the b20z intake cam is identical to the b18b's. the b20b intake cam is smaller, or has lower lift. the exhaust cams are identical between the 3 from 96-up.

ok, that all makes sense. So what year did they start putting the b20z in them? Wasn't it 99 or 2000?
